Mission
The mission of the Museum is to collect and protect the cultural and technical maritime heritage, as well as to disseminate the broadly understood maritime knowledge through the museum activities including scientific research, education and organizing permanent and temporary exhibitions.
We intend to realize our mission in accordance with the philosophy of social responsibility, sustainable development, responsible consumption and care for the rational management of the planet’s natural resources. At the same time, we would like our institution to be a meeting place and a platform for dialogue, permanent education, critical thinking and shaping social attitudes.
