People in wheelchairs can enter the building and access all its floors, except for the basement, where the Arsenal and temporary exhibition halls are located. People in wheelchairs can use the elevator, which is located at the end of the corridor to the left of the main entrance; however, entering this corridor (opening the door) requires the assistance of an assistant or a Museum employee.
There are two entrances to the building: the main one from Ołowianka Street, which is flat, without thresholds, and adapted for people in wheelchairs; the second one from the waterfront, accessed via stairs, is not adapted for people in wheelchairs.
